ToolSentinel operates as an independent, vendor-neutral B2B digital research platform and architectural software index.

  • The technical analyses, cost modeling, API benchmarks, and integration evaluations provided are for informational, analytical, and procurement research purposes only.
  • We do not sell software licenses, manage SaaS cloud accounts, or provide end-user technical support on behalf of third-party vendors reviewed on this Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all original editorial content, custom architectural audit matrices, analysis algorithms, visual diagrams, and compiled database structures on ToolSentinel are the exclusive proprietary property of ToolSentinel and are protected by Dutch copyright legislation (Auteurswet) and European database rights directives.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and read our editorial research for internal business evaluation purposes.

3. Accuracy of Data & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of vendor pricing tiers, feature availability, or third-party service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Enterprise decision-makers are advised to verify commercial contracts, API documentation, and technical requirements directly with the vendor prior to formal procurement.

4. Limitation of Corporate Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Dutch law:

  • ToolSentinel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
  • We bear no liability for operational downtime, data corruption, contractual disputes, migration friction, or financial loss incurred as a result of implementing software solutions reviewed or linked from this Site.

5. Third-Party Outbound Infrastructure

Our platform routes users to third-party vendor platforms, documentation portals, and partner networks:

  • We do not operate, control, or monitor the security, legal terms, or performance of external vendor websites.
